Controller and processor

You are the controller of the agreement content you upload. Affixsign is the processor for that content and a controller for account and billing data.

Safeguards

Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, row level security and audited administrative actions.

International transfers

Where data leaves its origin region, transfers rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.

Breach handling

We treat uncertainty as an incident: rotate first, investigate second, and notify affected parties without undue delay.
