The service
Affixsign provides agreement lifecycle software. We do not provide legal advice, and content produced with Affixsign is your responsibility.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account and your organisation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Affixsign for unlawful documents, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to circumvent access controls.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. Amounts collected through the Pay stage are handled by our payment processor.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other liability is limited as set out in your contract.
Changes
We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
