Do signatories need an account?
No. Signatories can complete their part without creating an Affixsign account.
Are Affixsign signatures legally valid?
Affixsign captures electronic signatures with the identity, intent and audit evidence that electronic signature law expects. Specific formalities vary by document type and jurisdiction.
Can I use my own documents?
Yes. Upload an existing document, map its fields once and reuse it as a template.
Where is my data stored?
In managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers can discuss residency.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Agreements and their evidence bundles can be exported at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Contact privacy@affixsign.com and we will action deletion subject to any retention we are legally required to apply.
